By taking part in Strictly Glitterball in aid of Barnsley Hospital Charity, you are bound by the following terms and agree:

1. To aim to meet the minimum fundraising pledge, per couple, of £1000 and to make every effort to reach or exceed it.


2. To create a justgiving.com fundraising page or raise funds as a pair.


3. That your contact details will be shared between Barnsley Hospital Charity, The Civic and external photographer. They will not be passed on by us to any other third party for any reason.


4. That Barnsley Hospital Charity or The Civic will not accept any liability or responsibility for you taking part in the Strictly Glitterball event.


5. You have read and comply with the Strictly Glitterball waiver.

The Waiver

I agree that I have voluntary enrolled in this event and I understand that I am under no obligation to participate and I voluntarily enter into this waiver. My participation is done so at my own risk. I hereby agree indemnify and hold harmless Barnsley Hospital Charity against any and all claims and expenses including legal fees, arising out of my participation in the Strictly Glitterball event. I understand that there are inherent risks in learning to dance and performing that cannot be eliminated or controlled by Barnsley Hospital Charity or dance partners. This waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent possible under applicable law.
